A short program was organised to unfurl the National Flag followed with speeches and National Preamble to commemorate the 71^st Republic Day of our Nation. AVM Amit Aneja who has been actively associated with DIKSHA was the guest speaker on this day. He spoke about the Constitution of India and stressed on the importance of education and determination. The event school was held with teachers, the Director, Principal and other active volunteers along with the Student cabinet from the Senior Secondary Classes. Our principal Mrs. Vandana Aneja appreciated and thanked the efforts of staff members during these troubled times of pandemic. A small group of Senior secondary students also sang patriotic songs under the guidance of the Music teacher Ms. Bhawna.

On 13^th December a second COVID Test Camp was set up in DIKSHA premises by the Gurguram Dispensary. The camp was primarily for Middle school students, all staff members and the Volunteers of DIKSHA.

On 18^th November Cutting and Tailoring Classes resumed for 6 eager and needy women with the stitching instructor Ms. Pinki under the guidance and patronage of our valuable Donor/Volunteer Mrs. Alpana Neogy. The Alumni of IT Lucknow sponsored this project.

On 6^th October A COVID test Camp was set up in DIKSHA premises by the Gurguram Dispensary. The camp was primarily set up for Senior secondary students, all staff members and the Volunteers of DIKSHA.

On 3^rd October, going by the government guidelines and protocols, physical contact classes were initiated for Students of Senior Secondary Classes (9th to 12th). Two batches of  Class 10th students were formed and called to school,  twice a week. The students were not forced to come and had to have parents’ consent to take the physical Classes.

On 29^th September the School management decided to start physical classes for senior and senior secondary students. Teachers were called after the long hiatus, to make arrangements for school to resume in a phased manner.

On 25^th September Concern India Foundation  conducted an online workshop on Hygiene and Safety measures to keep COVID 19 and other communicable diseases at bay.

On 11th August and 14^th August the teachers of Nursery and Kindergarten conducted the online Independence day activity for the students of their Classes.

On 15^th August a short program was organized to pay respect to the national flag . This was followed by a speech by AVM Amit Aneja who emphasized the importance of being disciplined in life and elucidated how education, respect and the feeling of determination helps in the journey ahead.
